V&A, Inc. also designed the grading and coordinated multi-level at-grade and underground stations (Boyle Heights, Mariachi Plaza, and Soto Station), which entailed horizontal and vertical alignment design of 15 intersections, utility, drainage, and architectural coordination with other disciplines. The firm prepared the Design Unit One (30%), 60%, 85%, and 100% packages, coordinating directly with and receiving timely approval from Metro, LABOE, LABSS, and LADOT.
