2008

V&A Inc. was established by founder Jose Valle, after serving as Lead Civil designer and project coordinator for various disciplines on the Expo (E-Line) Phase 1 Design Build project

2009

V&A Inc.’s first large-scale infrastructure design, the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Project

2013

V&A Inc. began design on the three major transit projects in the City of Los Angeles including: the Sixth Street Viaduct Replacement, Regional Connector Transit Corridor and K-Line “Crenshaw/LAX” Transit Corridor

2013

V&A Inc. started design on the preliminary engineering traffic control plans for the D-Line “Westside Purple Line” Extension Transit Project

2014

V&A Inc. expanded to include Construction Management Services

2015

V&A Inc. team in starting our first venture providing Systems and architectural design support services on the D-Line “Westside Purple Line” Extension Transit Project.

2016

Our team began working on the landmark project Link US set to revitalize the historic Los Angeles Union Station

2018

V&A Inc. expanded into the Aviation Sector and began work on the LAX Automated People Mover Project

2020

V&A Inc. expanded our experience by providing design services to the Port of Long Beach

2023

V&A Inc. began working on Metro's ESFV, WSAB, Vermont Transit Corridor projects and Sandag's Otay Mesa Port of Entry project that are changing the landscape in Southern California

2026

V&A Inc. was acquired by Exodigo, a global subsurface intelligence and AI engineering company, expanding our capabilities to deliver smarter infrastructure solutions.
