Jose Valle

Jose Valle is a leader in the world of transit infrastructure projects.

He is recognized throughout the industry as an expert on large and complex roadway, traffic, infrastructure, transit, and third-party coordination projects. He inspires his team members to produce quality deliverables and to stay focused on the schedule. Jose served as Third-Party Coordinator for the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Design-Build Project, managing 60 person meetings with members from LABOE, LADOT, LABSL, LABSS, LADWP, LA County, and Caltrans.

In being awarded the Design Build Team award for excellence on the I-405 project, the awarding officer stated: “Jose Valle is a ‘no-nonsense’ results driven leader whose commitment to quality and schedule are unmatched.”

Gerzain Figueroa

Mr. Figueroa has over 20 years of experience in traffic engineering design and management for various local municipalities including: the cities of Los Angeles, Pasadena, County of Los Angeles, and Caltrans.

During his experience working on the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening project Gerzain was assigned as the contact person by the project to coordinate directly with BSL for all the design of the restoration street lighting plans. Mr. Figueroa was also responsible for the QA/QC of all temporary and ultimate traffic signal plans for the I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Project.

His experience extends beyond designing as Gerzain maintains excellent relationships with city agencies such as the City of Los Angeles project manager he worked with on the Orange Line project over two decades ago.

Mr. Busch has more than 24 years of professional experience in the Civil Engineering field.

He has a well-rounded civil engineering background, which contributes to his success managing multidisciplinary projects ranging from design-build transit projects, to Port Terminal Development, Transportation and Land Development. His most recent experience is leading the Utility Design on I-10 Corridor Phase 1 Design-Build and serving as the Roadway Design Task Lead for the Automated People Mover P3 Project at LAX.

A majority of his experience has been in Southern California, with the most recent experience being in the City of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles Metro area.

Mr. Varias is an engineer with more than 25 years of experience in planning, development, design, and engineering of utility facilities.

His work experience includes identification, relocation, clearance, and redesign of utilities main lines (wet and dry utilities )among other engineering elements and street reconstruction ( (ADA) ramps, curbs, and gutters).

Isaac Segovia

Isaac Segovia is a leader with more than 13 years of experience in business and corporate development in the construction industry.

He partners with project management teams to strategize, manage, and execute client expectations. His strategic oversight has been instrumental in growing businesses both regionally and nationally, including the development and execution for expansion into new markets and sectors in Infrastructure, Aviation, Energy, and Transportation. For over ten years, Isaac has helped develop multiple lines of business with responsibilities ranging from corporate development, project management, team formation, operational oversight, procurement, construction management, and commercial development. Isaac has experience in negotiating commercial terms for contracts with airlines representatives, contractors, and Owner’s Representative contracts. His familiarity with processes and expectations informs the project delivery team’s mobilization.

Isaac’s professional experience includes working with Los Angeles World Airport (LAX) where he led teams to support multimillion-dollar contracts such as the Delta Skyway Program and the Automated People Mover Project (P3), LINXS. He also served as project executive for the Southwest Airlines T1/T1.5/C0 AvAirPros contract at LAX and the SoFi Stadium, Turner-Aecom-Hunt joint venture.
