As a subconsultant, V&A, Inc. is providing professional engineering services including utility and drainage design. V&A, Inc. is responsible for the Advanced Conceptual Engineering (ACE) phase utility and drainage design for three different track alignment options. V&A is responsible for researching and compiling all existing underground utilities, overhead utilities, and storm drains within the project limits of three alignment options and developing the existing storm drain and existing utility CAD base files. Additionally, V&A is responsible for assessing the preliminary conceptual disposition of each existing storm drain and utility such as relocation, protect-in-place and/or structural modification with specific emphasis at and around the proposed station locations to be included in the Utility Analysis Report.
